Warranty Policy

Georgini’s warranty applies to defects in materials or manufacturing of Georgini products that appear within one year of the original purchase date. Georgini will, within a reasonable period, repair or replace any defective products with a product of the same value at the time you make your claim.

The warranty will only apply to Georgini products purchased from an authorised Georgini retailer. Proof of purchase must be presented when you claim under the warranty.

If you want to make a claim under your warranty, please return the defective product to us with proof of purchase. You will not have to pay for the replacement product or the labour cost of doing the repair but you will have to pay for the transport of the products and the insurance of products during transit.

This warranty does not cover damage to the products that is caused by accidents, misuse, abuse or wear and tear.

Care and Cleaning

Clean jewellery with a soft silver polishing cloth. Never use chemical based silver cleaners because this will damage the rhodium finish and also any inlaid gemstones. Remove jewellery when showering, doing housework or gardening. Avoid perfume or any other chemicals coming into contact with the jewellery.
